Recurring Cleaning Services

Recurring cleaning services are essentially maintenance cleanings after getting a deep clean. Recurring cleaning services also give you the most bang for your buck! You can choose your cleaning frequency, whether it be weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning services.

We price recurring cleanings based on square footage and the number of bathrooms in your home. Our team of cleaning experts have a keen eye for detail and we always aim to impress! Buffed and shined chrome fixtures, satisfying vacuum lines, and an entirely cleaned home on every visit? Yes, please!

Bathrooms
  1. All tub, tile, and shower doors and shower walls are beautifully cleaned and disinfected.
  2. All toilet surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
  3. Sinks and counters completely scrubbed.
  4. All chrome fixtures are shined.
  5. Mirrors are cleaned.
  6. Dusting of items in bathroom as needed.
  7. Window blinds are dusted.
  8. Baseboards are hand-washed.
  9. All doors, doorframes, cabinet fronts, and any additional woodwork is washed.
  10. Rugs are shaken out and/or vacuumed (depending on rug material)
  11. All interior windows are washed. Window frames and ledges are washed.
  12. Hard flooring is hand-washed and sanitized.
  13. Trash removed.
Bedrooms
  1. All beds are made.
  2. Bed linens are changed upon request for a small additional fee.
  3. Dressers, wardrobes, and nightstands are dusted.
  4. Bedframes, cribs, and chairs are dusted.
  5. All lamps, including lamp bases and lampshades, are dusted.
  6. Woodwork, doorframes, doorknobs, and switch plates are dusted.
  7. Wall décor, picture frames, and other décor items, electrical devices, etc. are dusted.
  8. Floors are vacuumed and/or swept and mopped.
  9. Windows and windowsills are dusted and cleaned.
  10. Window blinds are dusted.
  11. Baseboards are dusted.
  12. Trash is emptied.
  13. Mirrors are cleaned.
Kitchen
  1. Entire stove top and exterior range hood is completely degreased.
  2. Interior and exterior of microwave is cleaned.
  3. Exteriors of all large appliances are cleaned.
  4. Interior appliance cleaning is available for an additional fee.
  5. Countertops are cleaned and sanitized.
  6. Sinks thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected.
  7. Fronts of all cabinets are washed.
  8. Woodwork and switch plates are dusted and cleaned.
  9. Baseboards are dusted.
  10. Window blinds are dusted.
  11. Dining table and chairs are dusted and cleaned.
  12. All hard flooring cleaned and sanitized, all rugs vacuumed or shaken out, depending on rug material.
  13. Kitchen trash and recycling removed to outside cans.
All Areas
  1. Dry dusting of the entire home, wet dusting where needed, including reachable ceiling fans.
  2. Stairs are vacuumed and/or swept and cleaned
  3. All reachable baseboards will be dusted
  4. Air vents will be dusted.
  5. Seating furniture cushions are straightened, along with pillows and throw blankets.
  6. All readily accessible flooring will be swept/vacuumed/mopped.
  7. All easily accessible interior windows, glass doors, window frames, and window ledges will be cleaned.
  8. Window blinds are dusted.
  9.  Doors, doorframes, window ledges, and other woodwork are dusted.
  10. All trash and recycling in home removed to outside cans.
  11. Furniture is vacuumed upon request for a small additional fee.
