If you’re selling your home in Delaware or Maryland, we know that having a clean and inviting interior will help your property sell quickly. We work with many realtors and property managers in the area and we understand how important a clean home is when it comes to the buying, selling, and renting process. Our professional move-in/move-out cleaning services include extensive deep cleaning of your entire home, including interior fridge, oven, and windows!

All move-in/move-out cleanings are for empty homes only. Check out our cleaning checklist below to see how we can make life easier for you during this busy time!

Bathrooms
  1. All tub, tile, and shower doors and shower walls are beautifully cleaned and disinfected.
  2. All toilet surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
  3. Sinks and counters completely scrubbed.
  4. All interiors of cabinets and drawers are cleaned.
  5. All chrome fixtures are shined.
  6. Mirrors are cleaned.
  7. Dusting of items in bathroom as needed.
  8. Window blinds are dusted.
  9. Baseboards are hand-washed.
  10. All doors, doorframes, cabinet fronts, and any additional woodwork is washed.
  11. All interior windows are washed. Window frames and ledges are washed.
  12. Hard flooring is hand-washed and sanitized.
Bedrooms
  1. Woodwork, doorframes, doorknobs, baseboards, and switch plates are cleaned.
  2. Windows, window frames, and windowsills are dusted and cleaned.
  3. Window blinds are dusted.
  4. Baseboards are cleaned.
  5. Floors are vacuumed and/or swept and mopped.
Kitchens
  1. Interior and exterior refrigerator deep cleaning if empty.
  2. Interior oven deep cleaning.
  3. Entire stove top and exterior range hood are completely degreased.
  4. Interior and exterior of microwave is cleaned.
  5. All interiors of empty cabinets and drawers are cleaned.
  6. Interiors and exteriors of all large appliances are cleaned.
  7. Countertops are cleaned and sanitized.
  8. Sinks thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected.
  9. Fronts of all cabinets are washed.
  10. Woodwork and switch plates are dusted and cleaned.
  11. Baseboards are dusted.
  12. Window blinds are dusted.
  13. All hard flooring cleaned and sanitized.
All Areas
  1. Dry dusting of the entire home, wet dusting where needed, including reachable ceiling fans.
  2. Stairs are vacuumed and/or swept and cleaned
  3. All reachable baseboards will be dusted
  4. Air vents will be dusted.
  5. All readily accessible flooring will be swept/vacuumed/mopped.
  6. All easily accessible interior windows, glass doors, window frames, and window ledges will be cleaned.
  7. As-needed cleaning of doors, doorframes, window ledges, and other woodwork.
  8. All flooring swept/vacuumed/mopped depending on floor type.
